- Born in 1938 Homs, Syria.
- Graduate from the College of Science, Damascus University in 1964.
- He worked from 1964 till 1970 at General Corporation for Sugar & Agricultural in Syria. He progressed beginning as chemist then to director of production, and deputy director general.
- Between 1970 – 1972 he worked as Syria‘s representative at the Industrial Development Center at the Arab League in Cairo. He was one of the founders of the Arab Sugar Union, the head quarters of which is currently in Khartoum in Sudan.
- Between 1972 – 1973 he constructed and operated the oil, soap & margarine factory for the famous industrialist in Tripoli, Lebanon. - He constructed factory for chemical material in Homs, Syria in 1973 under name: Homs Chemicals Company. This factory was expanded to produce several chemical materials needed in Syria, such as:
Soap & all kind of detergents: liquid, powder & paste. Shampoo & cosmetics. Foamy liquids used in extinguishing fire, drilling water wells, and petroleum oil wells. Oil and auxiliary chemical materials for Spinning & weaving. Auxiliary chemical materials for sugar, tanning, petroleum, and fertilizers industry. Medicinal and perfume extract.
- He taught the subject of Industrial Chemistry at the Chemical and Petroleum Engineering College in Homs University since 1973.
- He also supervises chemical engineering researches of students at the Chemical and Petroleum Engineering College in Homs University from 1973 till 2006.
- He established the Syrian Chemical Association, and was elected as its president in 1973. His election was renewed every year until 2006. - According to the request of the Minster of industry in Syria, he supervised & operated the Homs Yeast Factory in 1976.
- According to the request of the Minster of industry in Syria, he supervised & operated the two sugar factory in Raqaa & Maskaneh in Syria between 1980 – 1981.
- He is a member of Homs Chamber of Commercal & Industry since 1973 as first class member.
- He worked from 1987 till 1991 as technical adviser at the Ministry of Industry in Aden, Yemen.
- He translated and compiled more than forty books in technology in Arabic in various industrial, chemical and engineering fields such as:
Sugar, Oils, Cement, Soap, Glass, Tanning, Fertilizer …etc.
- The Ministries of Industry and Culture in Syria printed some of this books.
- He has more than fifty chemical researches.
- Between 1998 – 1999 he constructed and operated the palm oil soap factory for famous industrialist in Sao Tome in Africa.
- In 1989 he constructed and operated the olive oil and olive soap factory in Edleb, Syria.
- In 2000 he operated the palm oil factory for the Syrian - Lebanese Company in Homs, Syria.
- In 2001 the Higher Council of Arab Union Chemists, Homs University, and Arab Federation For Chemical & Petrochemical Industry bestowed & respect him as Professor & Sheikh (head) of Arab Chemists.

- He passed away, may God have mercy on him, in Homs on February 6, 2023.
